Abstract: To cater the needs of a users as the requirement of services, application building environment or contemporary software, private and public clouds are existing for provisioning of such services. There are various public clouds available for general users and on the other hand, many organizations are building their own private clouds for their specific needs of cloud services, but they are facing the problem of deploying their applications over different clouds keeping in mind their requirements in terms of performance and QoS. Various clouds have various advantages such as one cloud will be more reliable and efficient(public cloud) whereas, some cloud will be more secure or less expensive(private clouds). Cloud federation is the deployment and management of multiple external and internal cloud computing services to match users needs. When using cloud federation it becomes important how to schedule large workflow over federated clouds. This work addresses the issue of scheduling large workflow over federated hybrid clouds. This work is intended to federate private & public cloud in order to achieve the workflow scheduling. Performance measurements with the help of appropriate matrices has been carried out.
