There is rapid increase in the number of vehicles which leads to high traffic. This causes delay in emergency services due to this, human lives are at risk which should be taken care of to resolve this problem,we are developing a tech- nique in which real traffic signal controller is deployed. And to resolve this problem we are considering the technique in which we are deploying the intelligent and real time adaptive traffic signal controller. In this we are receiving information from the vehicles and in the vehicles we are bifurcating the vehicles information in like vehicle type, vehicle lane, vehicle id, speed and location of the vehicle with help of VANET. And to maintain the accuracy of the vehicle information we are implementing the calculate parameter(CP) and Emergrncy traffic manage- ment system(ETMS). In this algorithm we are going to calculate the vehicle type, speed, lane and location ,which will give us the required time needed to reach vehicle from source to destination. And the generated result of the CP is given input data to the ETMS in which the algorithm will give us the signal timer data and it will allow us to set the signal timer based on the vehicle priority on the highway(emergency condition) lane.en_US
