Abstract: Nowadays Cloud Computing is as a major utility, same as electricity and water bills where we pay as we go with the consumption of the said resources, as organization usages cloud computing services and pay as per their usage of the resources. In this research paper, the author’s aspect is towards at what trust is and how trust value can be maintained to create its trust level among the end users.cloud computing has one critical aspect is called Trust. Trust management in between the cloud service provider (CSP) and the cloud user will act like a strong bound where this bonding can be related to establishing and maintaining the relationship between these two. To maintain this relationship the CSP has to be aware of its present infrastructure and react proactively instead of reactively to deal with such type of scenarios, where the trust can be violated. If the value below the threshold then new resources are assigned to the user and satisfy their service level agreement by trust management system. We are used a reinforcement learning not violate service level agreement so that provider is trustworthy for a user. We present a trust management to select most consistent resources.
