dc.description.abstract | Traditionally, in management of Business process ,the allocation of resources is consid- ered as one of the major issue to maintain the acceptable level of each activity completion time ,which in turn can reduce the overall completion time of the activity .This project aims to Build a forecast system to predict the effort allocation in various support ac- tivities like methodology development, training,presales, line management etc.Analyze project data and generate metrics to the management team on various aspects like re- source utilization, non project hour tracking ,Project utilization - revenue vs internal project effort distribution etc .
