dc.description.abstract | In current scenario, field vehicle’s failure part is being checked on vehicle which is very time consuming. In fast growing automobile industries test rigs are very reliable, effective and time saving for automobile parts inspection. In this dissertation work, the optimized test setup for vehicle’s lamps function and power windows function is implemented. Different conditional testing, equipment durability and its temperature durability can be tested using this setup. This test rig is mainly for identifying failure modes in vehicle conditions. Vehicle field failure parts should be checked for failure analysis and corrective action should be taken. In outcome, all electrical failed parts can be checked on automated test rig at different real-time working conditions. | en_US |
