Abstract: At present, renewable energy is an important source of electricity generation in various climates and locations where critical energy needs are needed. Solar energy is unique of the furthermost suitable renewable causes for making a difference and revolutionizing land for electricity generation, especially in Asian Countries. Solar energy is on the rising and upcoming era for more greener energy sources. Solar MPPT System is basically used for the purpose of locate the accurate and individual point on the graph at every distinct time for the different Power and Voltage conditions.[1] So, as per the recent trends the different MPPT techniques which are used to analyze and locate the correct point to ensure the proper value of power at different climatic conditions and all. But most of the time this may be very tedious and very calculative in manner due to every single point it will be calculated and more time consuming so nowadays the AI based technology will going to implement everywhere. Perturb and Observe calculation is straightforward and doesn't require past information on the PV generator qualities or the estimation of sun powered force and cell temperature and is anything but difficult to execute with simple and computerized circuits.[1] It irritates the working purpose of the framework causing the PV exhibit terminal voltage to vacillate around the MPP voltage regardless of whether the sunlight based irradiance and the cell temperature are constants.[1,2] Moreover, the AI and their sub parts like ML and DL are pretty much useful for the different real time calculations and for better and superior outcome. In the AI technique, ANFIS and ANN are pretty much useful and incorporated techniques which has been useful for the tracking the maximum power point. ANFIS gives output in very straight manner and it is less time consuming along with it compares all the input data which is fed to it.[1,2,3]
