Abstract: Synaptogmin VII protein is found in the membrane of lysosomes and some nonsynaptic secretory granules, involved in wound resealing. Murivenna oil is an ayurvedic medicine oil which help in fasting up the wound healing process. The ingredients of Murivenna help in improvement of the proliferative phase of wound healing. In in-silico molecular docking, phytochemicals of Murivenna were identified which acts via Syt VII for improving wound healing process.Moringa oliefera L(Omega VI), Piper betle L. (Pinene, Allyl pyrocatechol diacetate, Allyl pyrocatechol monoacetate), Erythrica indica L. (Erysotine, Erysovin, Erybidine, Erysodienone, Erythrabyssin ii, Erysonin, Erythraline, Erythramine), Pongamia pinnata L. (Ponganone VI, Ponganone XI), Oryza sativa (Gamma oryzanol) are successfully docked compound which have their more negative binding energy in range of 5 to 7.3 kcal/mol. Most of the successfully docked phytochemicals belonged to Erythrica indica and Piper betle.For pharmacokinetics study, pharmacophore model which have 3 molecules (Ponganone VI,4’-O-Methylalpinumisoflavone and Ponganone XI) can be considered as the best model with their highest score 29.394 which can possibly enhance the wound healing process.
