Abstract: In today's world many people including different age group are suffering from depression due to many causes, The cause may be the office workload for an Adult, or may be the exam anxiety for an child or teenager. Depression has become the root cause to many people. It needs proper attention, treatment to treat the patient. The fact that \Fewer than 50% of people living with depression globally receive treatment" states that the sychiatrists sometimes fails to treat them due to lack of the proper detection of the symptoms and fails to give proper medication to the patient. The paper proposes the approach using gamification of psychometric assessments to analyze each cognitive skills and based on the score of the cognitive skills it lays out the framework to decide the stage of depression to the patient. The proposed approach also justifies the various cognitive skills binded to the individual psychometric assessments.
