Abstract: Insurance agencies and health records can help us to decrease the high complexity and cost of healthcare system. Blockchain can improve efficiency of today's healthcare system. After global financial crash of 2008, paper emerged from unknown entity known as Satoshi Nakamoto. New peer to peer financial system was discussed. Main purpose of that paper was to use crypto currency called bitcoin. Blockchain is base technology used for working of crypto currencies like Bitcoin, but its is far beyond that. With the help of blockchain we can change how the healthcare database work. Due to General Data Protection regulation(GDPR), it data owner's right to know how data is stored, and for which purposes his data is being used. In this dissertation work, I have analyzed different architectures that are proposed till now for EHR for security purpose and with that i have also analyzed how Quantum computing can effect our current encryption system. Based on all that studies, i have proposed Blockchain architecture for Healthcare, which will allow user to access the data from database based on their role. In this Healthcare system user can ask and allow to other users to read or write data on EHR. I have also proposed algorithms depending on the role of the users for access control policies. To protection from quantum attacks on current encryption system i have proposed Quantum Blind signature while working with block creation. I have implemented this architecture in hyperledger Fabric blockchain. And with help of Hyperledger Caliper tool i have measured performance of this blockchain architecture.
