Abstract: | In this project, we are focusing on the security prospect of IoT and the automation system. In the past few years, IoT becomes a very popular field where developer invests their time and money to automate some of the important fields. As these systems are working towards automation, with an increase in the use of these systems the fear of security breach also increases. There are many security parameters we need to consider to protect IoT based smart systems. In this paper, we focused on the `Smart Home System' and protecting by authorization parameters. As IoT based `Smart Home System' is itself dynamic we proposed the Context-Aware Security (CAS) based solution to provide authorization and access control. In CAS based solution we implemented the Role and Object-based CAS system. Also, showcase the analysis of the Role and Object-based CAS system. |
