Abstract: Rapid and simple analytical RP-HPLC method for the determination of Gadobutrol was developed and validated as per regulatory requirements. The separation was done with a optimized chromatographic condition and retention time for Gadobutrol was found around 4.7min.the linearity range was from 50-150μg/ml. The method was validated for accuracy, precision, linearity and specificity in compliance to international regulatory guideline.
