Abstract: AIDS is recently curable, also patients can have good prospects because of the achievement of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), and nevertheless it is still not treatable or avoidable. The disadvantage of antiretroviral drugs are high toxicity as well as the occurrence of drug resistance led to the vital to do investigation to find novel compounds. Extensive development in the perception of the HIV bind and fusion into host cells has recommended different opportunities for planning agent that inhibit with the method. Here, I review various agents that block the virus entry, various modification of structures and their activity, and their various mechanism of action.
