dc.description.abstractMalaria is among the major global life-threatening conditions.. It is spread by the female anopheles mosquito of plasmodium family. In the last few decades , there has been seen a huge rise in the malarial spread worldwide. Every year there are lakhs of cases seen and due to this there are widespread deaths occurring worldwide . But , nowadays there are multiple treatment options available for its treatment which has led to a decline in malarial symptoms.Various Quinoline derivatives, Quinine derivatives ,Artemisinin derivatives have advanced the treatment of malaria .Resistance towards antimalarial products had boosted the death and survival rates risk so far through the paludist monitoring system, and through in vitro opioid susceptibility testing and molecular marker identification, the medication resistance monitor helps enforce successful drug policies. The mechanism for action as well as IC 50 values of the most powerful medication are also important to consider. This review provides detail on many different quinoline antimalarial drugs as well as on their usefulness as antimalarials.en_US
