dc.description.abstractNanoparticles are considered as the most important discovery of human kind. It has been proven very beneficial for the mankind. Many difficulties can be tackled by using these as formulations. In this study we identified some major skin diseases and complications which cannot be treated easily with normal formulation. So, we reviewed some articles and on the basis of that we identified skin cancer as major challenge these days, we selected topical route especially for targeting skin carcinoma. 5 fluorouracil having many side effects such as Gi irritations, nausea, vomiting on oral administration. Nano topical delivery especially with liposomes has lesser side effects and proved more beneficial.en_US
